I’m not sure I agree with you. I think that the correct referent after “את אחינו כל בית ישראל פקוד” is a third-person plural, and making it first person just sounds absurd.

of course you have copied a mistake from the Artscroll in the prayer for the State of Israel. You have written בכל ארצות פזוריהם ותוליכם rather than בכל ארצות פזורינו ותוליכנו. Since you are not in Israel then rather than saying “their dispersion” and “leading them”, you should say, “our dispersion” and “leading us”. This of course has been written correctly in the upcoming release of the new Koren Sacks Siddur.
