		<description>I am pleased that, at the hopital I work at, there is a chapel, used for organised prayer and individual comtemplation. The Aboriginal flag is also flown allongside the Australian flag; there is a Diversity (previously Multicultural) Health committee, which has produced a policy and newsletters. And despite our Prime Minister&#039;s views, at a state level, policies encourage inclusiveness and acceptance rahter than the view that everyone has to be the same.</description>
